Fail Proof Cheat Sheet To Navigate Life

Sooooo this is what self-discovery looks like & feels like…uh huh! I must say that it initially felt like a little dirty secret that I put myself onto a few months ago and once I started to see the ways in which it has nourished my life, in so many aspects, I knew it was fail-proof and had to share it with the world. It was like I had a cheat sheet to life and who knew some key questions is all it took??

Would you believe that some go their whole life and they never become acquainted with this person that seems to follow them around EVERYWHERE that they go?? This person that listens to their every thought…knows more about their fears than they do. Knows their desires...what makes them happy…what makes them sad..what makes them feel pleasure…what makes them feel pain….this person just won’t let up with being so d**n nosey…and it never dawns on the “stalkee” to ask the “stalker” “who are you”??

Have you ever came across someone so sure of themselves that there is not much that moves them in a negative manner or makes them question themselves? This person actually thinks for themselves! Well I’ll be…seems like this person has done some self-discovery followed by some self-acceptance….

So I am sure that the burning question is “how do I began my self-discovery?” Start with one simple question “Why?” followed by “What”..why do I like this particular season? What does it make me feel? Why do I get those feelings from that? Why is my favorite color yellow? What do I feel when I look at the color yellow? Why do I feel warm and vibrant when I look at this color? Why do I become angry when I am told no? Why is my anger able to make me feel helpless and enraged? Why am I displeased with my situation? Can I change it? If so, how? If not, how can I find peace and be observant of my lessons until life moves this situation on down the river of life happens…

It is the ‘Whys & Whats” that get us to the scope of who we are and why we are here.

When you meet a new friend or companion you ask them so many questions because you’re getting to know them. Getting to know how to vibe with them..how to console them when they’re sad….how to put a smile on their face…how to converse with them..what they respond to and what makes them shut down…what their favorite color is and why….why do they love pizza so much?...so treat yourself as that new friend or companion and get all up in your business until you know who you are! Know the company that you keep..even when that company is you…

Happy Self-Discovery!
